RETURN & REFUND POLICY — GLOWCODE SA
Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not happy with your purchase, we want to make it right.
Returns: You may return any unused, unopened item within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original packaging.
Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
Damaged or wrong items: If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the product. We will send a replacement at no extra cost.
How to request a return: Email us at support.glowcodesa.com or WhatsApp us with your order number and reason for return.
Please note: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on items that have been opened or used, unless the product is defective.
